All Sales are Final

Due to the limited nature of my Editions, Original Artworks, and Exclusive Stock, all sales are final. Once an order has been dispatched from my studio, I do not accept returns or exchanges. This ensures the integrity and exclusivity of each piece for every collector.

Quality & Care

Each piece of art is checked and wrapped with the utmost care in my studio. My goal is to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, reflecting the same tactile quality and sleek finish I intended when creating it.

Damaged Goods

In the rare event that your order is damaged during transit, I am here to help. Because these are delicate textile pieces, please inspect your delivery immediately.

To be eligible for a resolution, you must contact me at contact@pamelaevangelista.com within 24 hours of delivery with the following information:

  1. Your Full Name and Order Number (found in your confirmation email).

  2. A clear photo of the damaged product.

  3. A photo of the interior packaging.

  4. A photo of the exterior delivery box.

Once I have received these details, I will review the claim and get back to you as soon as possible to find a solution.
