I have made an order, what’s next?
The anticipation is part of the pleasure. Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email immediately. I’ll then begin preparing your piece for its journey from my studio in Germany to your walls. You’ll get another update the moment it’s headed your way.
I have made my purchase, when do I expect my order?
Good things take time. Because I am a solo artist hand-crafting or carefully packaging each piece, please allow 8-14 days for processing. Shipping times vary depending on where you are in the world, but I work to get your art to you as swiftly as possible.
How can I track my order status?
As soon as your order ships, I’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can follow its progress every step of the way until it reaches your door.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Shipping within Germany is always free. For international lovers of my art, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Do I have to pay TAX and Custom Charges?
To keep things simple, all applicable taxes are included at checkout. However, if you are ordering from outside the EU, please note that duties and custom charges are the responsibility of the customer.
I have entered an incorrect delivery address, how do I change this?
Mistakes happen when we’re excited. If you’ve entered the wrong address, please email me at contact@pamelaevangelista.com immediately. As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, I can update the destination for you.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. I use secure, modern payment processing to ensure your transaction is as sleek and seamless as my art. I accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and others) and Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, iDEAL, Sofort etc.
What currency do you accept?
To keep things simple and consistent. I only accept payments in Euros (€). If you are shopping from outside the Eurozone, your bank or payment provider will automatically handle the currency conversion for you at checkout.
My order arrived damaged, what shall I do?
Art is delicate, and while I pack every piece with extreme care, the journey can sometimes be rough. If your piece arrives damaged, please reach out to me within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the art. I am committed to making it right your satisfaction and connection to the work are my priority.
How discreet is the packaging?
All orders arrive in plain, unmarked packaging. There are no explicit labels or brand names on the outside of the box that reveal what's inside. It’s our little secret until you decide to hang it up.
How do I clean and maintain my textile art?
Minimalist art should be effortless. A light dusting with a soft feather duster once in a while is all it needs. Since these are made of fiber, I recommend keeping them in a dry space.
Is each piece handmade by you?
Yes. Every sketch is hand-drawn and every knot is placed by me.
What materials do you use?
I use 100% recycled cotton made in EU and wooden dowels made in Germany. Packaging are sourced locally and made from sustainable materials.
